The subject is a full comprehensive assessment of the energy economy of the company Slueb msta Pardubic a.s. and a subsidiary of SmP Odpady a.s., including processing: 1. processing of the energy audit of the energy management company Sluby msta Pardubice a.s. and a subsidiary of SmP Waste a.s. according to the piloted full energy audit, according to the law. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended by the later regulation, in the minimum mandatory scope according to the decree. 140/2021 Coll., on energy audit. 2. preparation certificate of energy efficiency of buildings for rent properties of the company Sluby msta Pardubice a.s., according to the law. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended by the later regulation, to the extent of the decree. 264/2020 Coll., on the energy efficiency of buildings. 3. performed inspections of the operating heating systems in the following objects the company Sluby msta Pardubice a.s. and SmP Odpady a.s., according to the law. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended by later regulations, to the extent of the decree. 38/2022 Coll., on control of the operating heating system and the combined heating and cooling system. Individual documents must be processing plants so that they meet the requirements arising from the fulfillment of current primary regulations. The supplier is aware of the fact that in some cases the client does not have and will not have complete construction-technical documentation of the buildings available. The supplier needs the facts to find out and the house is on the street. A personal assessment of the state of the buildings will be carried out for all buildings, including replacement buildings for which no day is available, as well as incomplete project documentation. The contractor will assess all objects owned by the client from the point of view of the final obligation to develop pslun documents and pot prepares individual documents.
