Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Zakłady Mechaniczne "Tarnów" S.A. We invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure. Attached are the attachments in editable form. The aim of the procedure is to select a supplier for the purchase of items specified in Annex 1A - NDA Stage. The condition for participation is to have a license and sign a confidentiality agreement. In Stage I, the signed Confidentiality Agreement and the current license should be placed on the Purchasing Platform as attachments to the procedure. Full documentation will be provided in Stage II. Additional requirements: We require: a 36-month warranty, delivery of a warranty card and a quality certificate. The contractor is obliged to carry out automatic optical inspection (AOI) of the manufactured PCB assemblies/circuits. To confirm the inspection, the Contractor is obliged to submit an AOI report/inspection report for each delivered batch. We do not allow the use of substitutes. Record number: ZMT/WNW-000714
