Comprehensive advice (legal, economic, financial and technical) for the project titled: Construction of a transfer center with infrastructure and additional functions in Szczecin 1. The subject of the order is comprehensive consulting (legal, economic and financial and technical) for the project titled Construction of a transfer center with infrastructure and additional functions in Szczecin. 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). With the Contractor whom the offer is deemed the most advantageous, an agreement will be concluded on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not expect the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary for implementation orders referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5. The remuneration is financed by the European Union from the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 program and from the state budget. 6. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 7.
