The project includes the remediationof approximately1, 500 pagesof digital documents to meet applicable accessibility requirements. Document types may include, but are not limited to:Adobe PDF filesMicrosoft Word documentsMicrosoft Excel spreadsheetsMicrosoft Power Point presentationsThe selected vendor will be responsible for auditing, remediating, validating, and certifying that all web-hosted documents conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria and applicable federal and state accessibility regulations.Remediationservices must resolve accessibility barriers to ensure the following:Logical reading orderCorrect taggingDescriptive alternative text for imagesDescriptive alternative text for graphs and chartsForm fields have correct field descriptionsCorrect form fieldsCorrect heading structure and document hierarchyCorrect table structure with headings. Remediate merged cells. Create table summary.Ensure adequate color contrastEnsure required font size for document typeEnsure font style is sans serif and left justifiedVendors must demonstrate proven experience in ADA document remediation.
