Tender Details

The production kitchen at CMPR Le Hohberg in Sarreguemines produces 240 meals per day, including 160 lunchtime meals and 80 evening meals. Following a food safety inspection of the establishment by the Departmental Directorate of Protection of the population, it was noted that dry and refrigerated storage spaces present a lack of progress in space, and that various traces of dilapidation call into question the acceptable level of hygiene for the production unit. With the aim of remedying these critical points, UGECAM Nord-Est wishes to rehabilitate and relocate storage spaces in order to comply with current health regulations.
