The person designated as a compliance officer will exercise the duties related to the permanent monitoring of the way in which the management of the Ministry of Energy and its employees ensure the implementation of the measures and obligations provided for in Programul de conformitate, respectarea regulamentelor și procedurilor interne, precum și excluderea comportamentelor și practicilor discriminatorii, în vederea realizării obiectivului de independență. At the same time, the compliance agent will be responsible for: • Identification of risk areas in the Ministry's activity that may lead to non-compliance with the Compliance Program; • Reporting to the persons with management positions regarding compliance and implementation of the Compliance Program; • Formulation of recommendations in order to remedy any non-conformities; • Other responsibilities provided by the legal/regulatory framework in force and the Compliance Program.
