The subject of the contract is the renovation of the Meštianska corner house building into the cultural center of Banska Štiavnica. The center will be a multifunctional hall suitable for organizing theater performances, live music concerts, and a wide range of social events. The hall will be supplemented with more intimate rooms in which club activities take place. The cultural part will be complemented by office spaces serving as support for the center's cultural and social activities. On the ground floor, there will be rentable spaces accessible directly from the exterior. Complex reconstruction of the Cultural Center in Banska Štiavnica - construction part.
