Performing the complex facility management tasks of the Semmelweis University Faculty of Dentistry Education Center for a period of 36 months. During facility operation, the following main tasks must be performed: 1. Full-scale technical operation of the building, preventive maintenance tasks and 24-hour concierge service. 2. Cleaning the building. 3. Carrying out occasional repair, renovation and maintenance work. The floor area of the relevant building affected by the above activities is 12011.98 m2, the premises, pedestrians, the total number of roof terraces and balconies is 544. The minimum number of operators required for operation and for the continuous and complete performance of the tasks described in the technical description: - 6 maintenance personnel on working days (2 electricians, 2 mechanics, 1 chief carpenter, 1 general caretaker); - 1 facility manager and 1 administrator; - 24-hour concierge service with at least 1 person (every 24 hours) and 2 people (every 12 hours) on weekdays. At the disposal of AK during the term of the contract budget amount is HUF 1, 096, 608, 467 net, of which the budget amount available for the technical operation, maintenance and cleaning of the building is HUF 995, 808, 467 net, while in case of ad hoc orders, in relation to ad hoc repair, renovation and preservation works available frame amount HUF 100, 800, 000 net.
