COMPLEx DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL WASTE IN THE LAND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUDČA Description: The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection, transport, evaluation or assessment of mixed municipal waste 20 03 01 from 110, 120, 240 and 1100 liter collection over-collection, transport, evaluation or fromnon-damage of bulky waste 20 03 07, wood 20 01 38, metals 20 01 40 and biodegradable waste (campaign collection) by means of large-volume containers - collection of sorted components of municipal waste, which are not included under RZV for packaging and non-packaging (hereafter only KO) including securitytheir evaluation or valuation. The services described above must be provided in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management resulting from Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act") and related legislationch regulations.
