1) The BLGU-Upper Bag-ong Tudela, through the 20% E.D.F. 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP200, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Waiting Shed Phase-V. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU-Upper Bag-ong Tudela now invites bids for Completion of Waiting Shed Phase-V. Completion of the Works is required 25 Calendar Days.
