The PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY STATE UNIVERSITY, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM 2026 (NEP 2026) intends to apply the sum of PHP 30, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF THREE-STOREY BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY ACADEMIC BUILDING, CASTILLEJOS CAMPUS - ITB No.: INFRA 2025-12-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
