1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Supplemental Budget #1 C.Y. 2026 OM-CO intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 08-2026-INFRA Completion of Thomas Pua Sr. Integrated School Multi-purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Completion of Thomas Pua Sr. Integrated School Multi-purpose Building. Completion of the Works is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
