1. The Provincial Government of Romblon, through the ADP CY 2025 AIP Ref. Code 8000-1-01-031-0072 Fund intends to apply the sum of Php1, 993, 017.47 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Thermopilas Street, Phase III, Brgy. 2, Romblon, Romblon/PGR-INFRA-2026-8. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
