Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task entitled: experience path at Primary School No. 12 at ul. Strzaowa 15 in Toruń - Stage II.2. The subject of the order includes in particular the following scope of work: 1) construction of the surface of the sensory path, 2) delivery and installation of sensory and scientific devices, 3) construction of a lawn. 3. The contractor will complete the subject of the order to the extent and in the manner specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (studies prepared by Cezary Sowiski, running a business under the name: SOWISKI Studio Architektury Cezary Sowiski; components of the design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template) and in accordance with applicable law, standards, construction and horticultural regulations, based on the inspection of the construction site and in accordance with the administrative decisions held by the Ordering Party.
