1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Supplemental Budget #1 C.Y. 2026 OM-CO intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 07-2026-INFRA Completion of Renovation of Public Market at Barangay Ragan Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Completion of Renovation of Public Market at Barangay Ragan Sur. Completion of the Works is required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
