1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund FY 2026 - Non-Office-Buildings Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos and 12/100 Centavos (Php4, 719, 850.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of the Renovation and Extension of CEO Bldg., Centro, Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Completion of the Renovation and Extension of CEO Bldg., Centro, Mandaue City. Completion of the Works is required 116 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
