Announcement of request for offers for the first time
Due to the total speed
Tartous City Council announces a request for offers to complete the work of the project to digitize the general organizational plan of the city of Tartous (first phase) in accordance with the technical, financial and legal conditions books prepared for this purpose and in accordance with the following:
Temporary insurance: 500, 000 SYP, five hundred thousand Syrian pounds, paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
The final deposit is 10% of the referral value, paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
The implementation period is eighty days, starting from the day following the date of the direct order.
The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay.
The duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer is ninety days from the day following the date on which he is notified that the offer has been awarded to him.
The price of the file is 10, 000 SYP. Ten thousand Syrian pounds to be viewed and purchased from the Contracts Department.
Anyone who would like to participate must submit his offer in three sealed envelopes, which should be placed in a fourth sealed envelope
The first envelope contains the identification documents in accordance with Article 11 of Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004, along with temporary insurance and a subscription document to the official announcement bulletin for the year 2026
The second envelope contains the technical proposal
The third envelope contains the financial offer
