Description : Design and Construction of a Three (3)-Storey Academic Building with a total floor area of not less than 830 square meters to support the Commercial Cooking NC III, Cookery NC III, and general academic programs. The Ground Floor shall contain cookery laboratories and a lecture/demonstration room with a learning resource center, while the Second and Third Floors shall each accommodate three standard classrooms. The building shall utilize a steel structural system designed in accordance with applicable codes and soil investigation results. The project includes complete architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ICT works, including ventilation and exhaust systems, gas piping, water supply and drainage systems, structured cabling, data and communication outlets, network infrastructure, and provisions for internet and information technology facilities. The project shall also include the installation of a complete Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) and automatic sprinkler system to ensure fire safety and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
