1) The Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center- Mountain Province, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos only (Php 25, 740, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Perimeter Fence. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
