Completion of One Stop Student Services Center at URS Morong
1) The University of Rizal System, through the fund 052 of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Pesos and 00/100 (₱18, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of One Stop Student Services Center at URS Morong (URS-26-13-052). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The University of Rizal System now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
