1) The BLGU-Upper Bag-ong Tudela, through the 20% E.D.F. 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP294, 097.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Multipurpose Building Phase-IX. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU-Upper Bag-ong Tudela now invites bids for Completion of Multipurpose Building Phase-IX. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
