1. The Region I Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and Trust Income intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Million Pesos (₱ 200, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Multi-Specialty Center Building, Tower 1, Phase 4 (Construction of Seventh (7th) floor, Roof Deck, Helipad, Auditorium and Training Area Structural with complete 5 Units Elevator) with Bid Ref. No.09-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
