Description : Invitation to Bid for the Completion of Multi-Purpose Hall 4
1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Supplemental Budget #1 C.Y. 2026 OM-CO intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 850, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 09-2026-INFRA Completion of Multi-Purpose Hall 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Completion of Multi-Purpose Hall 4. Completion of the Works is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
