Description : * Fabrication and installation of light metal frames with accessories for ceiling frames and 1/4" thk marine plywood ceiling board with 3" ceiling wood moulding at ground floor, second floor and 6" metal spandrel at covered roofdeck and entrance canopy. Provide perporated metal spandrel for air ventilation at covered roofdeck ceiling.

* Installation of glazed and unglazed ceramic tiles for comfort rooms, 0.60m x 0.60m floor tiles at ground floor, second floor and roof deck floor; stair tiles from ground to roofdeck and granite tiles at quality service lane counter. Also includes 0.60m x 0.60m outdoor tiles for porch, outdoor stairs and installation of 2" brass stair nosing.

* Painting of exterior and interior of the building.

* Construction of 21 sq.m. dirty kitchen with concrete slab on ground, chb base wall, good lumber trusses and corrugated GI sheet roofing.
