1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, has an available fund from 20%-EDF 2026 and it intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
