COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BABAHAGON BARANGAY POBLACION (1ST BID)
1. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan, through Capital Outlay 20% Local Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the One Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 58/100 (PhP 1, 958, 599.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Multi-Purpose Building at Babahagon Barangay Poblacion IB # 2026-08-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
