COMPLETION OF MOTORPOOL SHOP
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the Economic Enterprise intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF MOTORPOOL SHOP under Project ID # GF-2026-083-SB1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
