Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
COMPLETION OF MINI PIER AT PAMBISAN, BACO, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and 49/100 (1, 998, 567.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Completion of Mini Pier at Pambisan, Baco, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-047)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 44 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
