Prequalifications are invited for Completion & Maintenance of the "397 Villas" at Aud Al Mateena, Dubai.

The Tenderer should submit the tender enclosed along with tender and initial bank guarantee equal to 2% of the proposed value. Bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and valid for (120) days from tenders opening date and extendable for further (60) days.
Tender opening will be publicly in presence of the tenderers or their representatives.
The Tenderer must submit the tender electronically through the system (TEJARI) and submit (one original + one copy) of the Tender documents with the original bank guarantee during tender opening session at the main building of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (first floor - Finance Department - Department of Contracts and
