Description : Invitation to Bid for “COMPLETION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING” (REBID)
1) The Northwest Samar State University, through the STF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Five Pesos Only (PhP4, 812, 605.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “COMPLETION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING” (REBID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Northwest Samar State University now invites bids for completion of Information Technology building. Completion of the Works is required One hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
