1) The Municipality of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur, through the Surplus (Savings
2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2, 000, 000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
the Completion for the Improvement of Mun. Hall Premises at Municipal
Compound, Poblacion Lapuyan ZDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur now invites bids for Completion
for the Improvement of Mun. Hall Premises at Municipal Compound, Poblacion
Lapuyan ZDS involving excavation, embankment, aggregate surface course,
Reinforced Concrete works, Masonry Works, Plastering, Tile Finishing, Painting
Works, Fencing and Railings with solar lighting and installation of a complete fountain
