Invitation to Bid for Completion of Health Center-Guinguinabang
1) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union, through the RA 8240 Fund (2022 Share) intends to apply the sum of Php1, 251, 146.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Health Center-Guinguinabang. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of San Juan, La Union now invites bids for Completion of Health Center-Guinguinabang.4 Completion of the Works is required 44 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, 120 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
