Invitation to Bid for the Completion of Health Center
. The Barangay Lantawan of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND FOUE HUNDRED PESOS & 23/100 only (Php 305, 400.23))being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the cOMPLETION OF HEALTH CENTER .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Barangay Lantawan of Buug now invites bids for the above project . Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.b...
