COMPLETION OF FLOOD PROTECTION PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ILIOUPOLI AND VIRONA (KAREA - ANASTASEOS AREA) The purpose of the project is to deal with the flooding phenomena observed in the area located on the borders of the Municipality of Byron and the Municipality Ilioupolis and specifically west of Ag. Ioannis Kareas and Pavlou Melas, in the area of ​​Kareas, and Sophokleous Street in the area of ​​Anastasis. The project tender budget (estimated value of the contract) amounts to 8, 064, 516.13 Euros and broken down into: Work Expenditure €4, 841, 929.56 General expenses and Contractor's Profit (G.E.+O.E.) €871, 547.32 Contingencies (at a rate of 9% on the work expenditure and the G.E.+O.E. fund) €514, 212.92 spent in accordance with the conditions of article 156 par. 3. (b) of Law 4412/2016. Accounts €943, 790.00 In the above amount, a price revision of 893, 036.33 euros is foreseen, in accordance with article 153 of Law 4412/2016.
