1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00189-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 5, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF EVACUATION CENTER/COVERED COURTS, PHASE I located at Dalayawan, Araceli, Palawan (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-03-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
