1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00307-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Twenty-One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (PHP 8, 821, 195.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF EVACUATION CENTER/COVERED COURTS, PHASE I located at CANIPO, MAGSAYSAY, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-04-027). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
