Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
COMPLETION OF EVACUATION CENTER AT MALITBOG, BONGABONG, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 5% LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 18/100 (Php 2, 099, 615.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Completion of Evacuation Center at Malitbog, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-042)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 76 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
