Project Description:
The project covers the completion of the Emergency Room Expansion facility, including all necessary Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and Auxiliary Works required to make the area fully functional, safe, and operational. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, testing, commissioning, and other incidental works necessary for the completion of the project in accordance with approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, and hospital standards.
I. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
As part of Rizal Medical Center-s continuing efforts to improve healthcare service delivery, the Emergency Room Expansion was undertaken to address the increasing volume of patients requiring urgent and emergency care. The completion of the remaining Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Works is essential to operationalize the expanded facility and maximize its intended capacity and functionality.
