1) The Municipality of Bindoy, through the [20% Development Fund 2026]4 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven & 50/100 (P 692, 887.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Covered Court, Pangalaycayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bindoy now invites bids for Completion of Covered Court, Pangalayacayan6. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts like the Project.
