The subject of the order is the completion of construction works consisting in the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of the Second Local Government Center on plot no. 94 of the district. 0047 in Sulcin to create 40 care places, including the construction of a nursery with accompanying infrastructure and land development, on the plot with registration number 94, located in the registration area 0047 of the town of Sulcin II. The implementation of the task was initiated under a previously concluded contract, from which the Ordering Party waived in part. The order includes the remaining part to be completed scope of works necessary for the full and correct implementation of the investment. The scope of works covered by this order should be determined on the basis of the design documentation constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, i.e.: construction design, detailed design, Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, bills of quantities, taking into account the current inventory of the completed works, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. The inventory referred to above (Appendix No. 10) specifies the scope of works performed until withdrawal from the contract with the current contractor and constitutes the basis for determining the scope of works remaining to be completed...
