1. The Municipality of Batuan, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 83/100 (Php 999, 975.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. 59559. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the Completion / Concreting of Tinagacan, Poblacion Norte Access Road. Completion of the Works is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within eight (8) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
