Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the city park. Part of the project is the construction of new buildings serving as the background of the park - namely, a large gazebo, a small and entrance pergola and a grandstand. These buildings will be used for organizing cultural events and informal social events. The project also includes the design of a new lake, road network, game elements, multifunctional playground and furniture. The documentation also includes a design of utility networks - the water supply connection from Smetanova Street for the connection of a large gazebo and drinking fountain. Then there is the on-site distribution of water from existing wells, distribution of electricity and public lighting. This is both new construction and renovation of existing areas. All proposed buildings are of a permanent nature. The park will serve as a public park urban greenery intended for residents' recreation. Entry will be possible within the modified operating mode.
