Description : 1) The Municipal Government of San Francisco, through the authorized appropriations under FY 2026 Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian-Supplemental Budget- Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Burgos Street. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of San Francisco now invites bids for the Completion of Burgos Street which will involve the Earthworks, Subbase and Base Course, and Surface Course. Completion of the Works is required within 75 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
