The construction sites included in the contract are located in Hämeenlinna's Keinusaari. Varikonniementie, Vanainkatu and Finishing works of the steam ditch. The contract will also build the green and surface structures of Mensanaukio and, where applicable, Mensanpuisto, and the stormwater drains for these. The project also includes the foundations of the artwork to be built on Mensanaukio construction. The contractor has the main performance obligation of the contract in accordance with the plans and contract tender documents for the construction of the site with all labor costs implemented in accordance with these tender documents. In the execution of the contract must take into account all the initial information mentioned in the tender documents.
