The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under DF intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF ANIMAL IMPOUNDING FACILITY IN SITIO KAYHABOL BRGY. RAMIREZ. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office.
