Invitation to Bid for Completion and Equipping of Emergency Operation Center
1) The Local Government Unit of New Corella, through the 20% Development Fund and LDRRMF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Thousand (10, 300, 000.00) Pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion and Equipping of Emergency Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of New Corella now invites bids for Completion and Equipping of Emergency Operation Center. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Error! Reference source not found. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
