1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Amphitheater, Paiton, Dagohoy, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the Completion of Amphitheater, Paiton, Dagohoy, Talaingod, DDN under MEO SB # 01 CY-2026. Completion of the Works is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
