1. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Campuses and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the Fiduciary FY APP2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 280, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Complete Set of RFID Access Control System with RFID Card Production Consumables”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) now invites bids for the Procurement of Complete Set of RFID Access Control System with RFID Card Production Consumables. The delivery period is within Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
