The contract includes: -A basic offer: complete replacement work on an elevator in the Lionnois building of the Anses Hydrology laboratory in Nancy; -A possible additional mandatory service (PSE): elevator maintenance contract fixed price, implemented at the end of the date of final acceptance of the work (12 months, tacitly renewable once). Non-package maintenance services carried out on purchase orders. Basic offer: ordinary market at global price and flat rate. In the event of a PSE chosen: composite contract at mixed prices including: - Mainly maintenance services at a fixed price; - One-off non-package maintenance services carried out at unit prices on the basis of vouchers order (see articles R2162-12 and R2162-13 of the CCP).
