The project consists of carrying out a complete renovation of the positive cold production of the municipal central kitchen of Sainte-Maxime. The intervention aims to completely replace the existing installation operating on R448A, which has become obsolete, with one new installation operating with HFO R1234yf fluid, classified A2L, compliant with the future obligations of the F-Gas III regulations. The installation must make it possible to continuously ensure the required temperature levels in the various refrigeration rooms, without significant interruption of activity in the central kitchen.
